Computer Aided Dispatch is a real-time command and control system used to track information for Police, Fire, EMS, and Public Works calls and field unit activity. It is designed to be used with the popular CrimeStar records management system (RMS) and is suitable for both small and large agencies. The system can be used independently or within the RMS, giving dispatchers access to the powerful search features and information contained in the RMS. Crimestar CAD has a powerful control panel.
